Chris Daniel, SRA started Chris Daniel & Associates, in February of 2000. The firm is a real estate appraisal company servicing all of Monterey County, California. We value residential, commercial and industrial real estate. Clients include attorneys, accountants, public utility companies and private individuals.
The firm is managed by Joshua Daniel, SRA, a State Certified Residential Appraiser. He has been an appraiser since February of 2020.
Chris Daniel, now semi-retired, is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has served as a director for their Northern California Chapter. He has taught real estate appraisal and real estate economic courses at Monterey Peninsula College. From 2006 to 2018 he served as Vice Chair on the Monterey County Assessment Appeals Board. He has been a practicing appraiser since 1985.
